You can't move him.

He just stays there.

If you think he's hiding something, he's not.

Not that I know of.

Hope this helps.

I have been trying to get past the guy because the 3d floor has zapdos on it and you can catch it
cheatmaster89 answered:

The guy can't be moved and is only there to stop you from going to the next floor (you're not allowed up there of course) So that's it. He's just for show.

you need an alpha near complete gen 2 Japanese rom, they were the only variations of gen2 to include the unused in the finals including zapdos in lav radio..moltres in the volcano area where the old labs were and the basement in the lefthandside of seafoam islands

or ofc the cool alternate rt 2 which had wild scizors and heracross

but yea just in beta versions

greedy ninty wanted to force any potential new players to go back , buy gen1 and need to buy a second gb and link to catch these vs the intended gen2 gf wanted to put out which had them in the game in these areas

their is , you need celebi first and mewtwo off rt 4 , celebi from the gs ball event and the gs ball, mewtwo is very hard to find , you need to make sure you complete the game properly , hack the mob gb menu and then you get the zapdos event , moltres event , hidden mew in the wild the lot , you can , however go up here in gold silver too which is easier and zapdos is up the top in gold version tbh but its very hard and yu need to find either mewtwo or celebi , in pallet twon every1 at night speak to and if you've completed the game enough and you have cut , max repel and radio pokeflute and 150 pokemon atleast you can find mewtwo !! it took me an hour or two but hes level 50 with future sight and confusion , barrier and swift , if you trade him from r/b/y you can stil get him here but only if the mewtwo you traded was already traded from another game and you would need 151 pokemon in the game you send him from , you would need to send him away in a trade before you can get the othe

He moves but after you beat team rocket he says it's alright if you take a look around

meloetta official yt answered:

You can only do so on a very early build of Japanese g/s (not entirely sure if I am remembering this right but I sware the file name of alpha jpn game is "pocket monster gin-(j) bungfix v0.8 (rev-b)...though I can't be too sure as we are talking about something which leaked on aol whey back in 1999)

Like I don't know if you or anyone for that matter knew this(and I doubt it as most of the people playing this are doing so 15 years after it's release and we are talking about a sidequest planned for the games before it even left the gamefreak offices)

But before g/s game out in japan, there was early versions of the game...ie alphas/betas and the spaceworld demo leaked on aol ...

And compared to the stock g/s be it Japanese or English or any language for that matter

It had some extremely different and bizzare content

One of which is the series of events you speak of...(ie getting past that annoying man in green and entering the top floors of lav radio amoungst may now in the final unused maps)

I take it you ask this question after seeing the youtube video posted by the "metal 554" entitled "lo que no aparecio en Pokemon oro/plata y crystal "

Which shows the player, playing the early builds of g/s before Nintendo(who funded both gen1 and two's productions so had the final word on what was allowed to be and what would be removed from the games) decided that at the cost of our enjoyment(ie actually participating in the entry to the top floor to catch the always shiny zapdos) and to , literally force us to have to buy more of there hardware and software(ie they wanted to milk it for every penny seeing how popular rby was),removed the events in the video I speak of, and if you havent seen the rest of it aside from the top floors

I ofc am speaking about...

the basement of seafoam islands, the inner areas of the cinnabar volcano and ofc the actual full size viridian forest and safari zone(which housed the other versions Pokemon) plus the rocket hideout complete with Giovanni battle and the locked underground path where trainer green would be fought(I don't mean oaks son green in the japanese games, I mean the female gen1 protagonist which was seen in fr/lg or the mangas)

They removed all of this from final released jpn games in favour of forcing us to use either events(the machines that dispenced Pokemon in the pokecentres) or outright meaning we all had to buy a second gbc and a link cable and a gen 1 game and both versions if we truly wanted every Pokemon(save for celebi but they gave that over the mobile adaptor for crystal and in the pokecentres in all countries, even in those without pokecentres , celebi and Mew were distributed to games from toys rus alongside cool additions like shiny starters, event moved Pokemon and shiny mewtwo and birdies)

So the unfortunate answer to this question is due to nintys greed, they forced gf to cut these extremely awesome events, areas and shiny encounters out of the gen2 games before they hit the shelfs

But on a positive note, I myself have actually in past times, had acess to the near complete pre release jpn g/s(and there were many translated versions some of which were translated beta g/s) on rom format, and was able to do the painstaking list of tasks which allowed up up into the top floors of lavender radio tower(in real time 8-12 weeks worth of , leaving nothing untouched an upturned in the save in question and literally catching all 190 Pokemon available withint the game itself..or rebattleing every trainer the max amount of time, breeding evry breedable, getting all overworld items, all room decs, the list was of tasks to do so was almost endless for 14 year old me)

And while that computer died a long time ago due to the virrusses that plagued the old internet of 1999, it doesn't mean that somewhere out there on those olden day sites that the rom isn't still somehow available for dl

What doesn't help the cause of trying to find it, was the fact of how excited the world was when the official translations came along, and many of these rom links disappeared in favour of the eng/aus/german etc etc releases

Which ofc will lower the odds of those roms being found

But me myself I have been searching for them recently..

And you can too, and it's quite easy to tell those apart from v1.0 jp g/s..(note that v1.1 while is a hack of the game it is merely bug fixes for emulator use and also I have checked and these events are not present in Korean g/s either)

not only do they have the title screen with the full colour Lugia/ho-oh like the spaceworld demo

But they would be, well if loaded in goldmapv2 , youd see that all the johto maps have the "unused maps"
that were found in the g/s datamine over the finals, and it doesn't take much effort to click "view in event mode" then load lav radios map and see the starcase has warp data... Or that the rom may have an alternate map it loads for that place with the said stairwell warp and the guard missing..or maybe an alternate route 20 with both seafoam islands having entrances

Or the obvious viridian forest r2 having alternate map data with a gatehouse ,and ofc cinnibars volcano having either warp data/hidden event data/alternate map too

And one last thing I wanted to say , it's not out of the question to, say see the metals (or my reuploads) vid, and then simply to grab a hex/script editor and goldmap, and literally recreate the events themselves on an English rom, infact I think the community would be extremely grateful for such a hack so they could too experience what gen 2 was , well what gf planned to have gen2 be like , if had it not been ruined by nintysgreed after seeing 83 million units of rby sold in total

On a plus note, we do have the gen2 e-shop coming in 4 weeks time, and now that gf aren't directly funded by gf...who's to say they wont include the cut content we speak of here today in these games, I mean theres no1 to stop them now?

I wouldnt even mind if they made a special condition of you needing an event Mew/celebi to be able to unlock it, it's not hard to get a event Mew even without the event in rby(using 8f /ws m artibury code to make one in your game like I did) and then just migrate it..

But then again it would kind of defeat the purpose of the time capsule and they likely wont want it changed from the original too much(Saying that they did tweak yellows surfing game so you didn't need surfcchu to acess it) but yeah if you decide you want to , literally get a hex editor and script editor and make a modified g/s which includes these areas don't forget to credit me for the idea ;) (I'm am frank of the official meloetta channel from yt)
