How do you get the Pokeflute on the radio on Pokemon Crystal to wake Snorlax to go through digletts cave after you've beaten the Johto league in Kanto? Please help me!

First go to Cerulean to the Power Plant. Then talk to the manager. Walk to the exit. A phone will ring, then the guard will talk to you. Leave the power plant and go Cerulean Gym. You'll run intoa Rocket. Then leave the gym and go by Nugget Bridge. Battle him then go back to Cerulean gym. Surf the water and find the generator part. Return it to the power plant manager and you'll get Zap Cannon. Then go to Lavender Town, to the radio tower, talk to the director, he'll give you a exp. radio card, go to the snorlax, tune to the poke flute station and voila.
