Anyone know how to get a Hitmontop?

You need to go to the lowest level of the cave that takes you from ecruteak to the city with the ice gym get tyogre from the karate master and get the attack and denfense of the tyogre level then evolve it by level and you will get hitmontop.

P.S tyogre evolves at level 27

But how do you change the defense mine just turns in to hitmonlee

To Zelda Fan, it's not random. When it hits level 20, it evolves depending on their attack and defense. They have to be equal for it to evolve to Hitmontop.
