You can go to Pewter city in this game? I havent defeated the elite four yet

After you beat the Elite Four you open up "Kanto", which are the cities in Pokemon Red, Blue and Yellow. More badges, more Pokemon, a Trainer's Gym (in Vermillion) and, of course, the train, which takes you from Goldenrod City to Saffron City. Have loads of fun!

After you beat the elite four you go to vermilion and go through diglet cave, and there is a tree that can be cut down to go to pewter.
Before you do that, you need to go to laverder town and get an expan. card for the pokegear to wake up snorlax(you need to use the pokeflute on the pokegear to wake it up).
