Question for Pokemon Crystal

Hello. Is crobat L.45, meganium L.46, and dragonair L.31(i am going to train it more) a good team to face the elite four? I also have an eevee that has not come out of it's egg that I was going to put a fire stone on(i put my jolteon and a ditto in the daycare). Thanks.

P.S. I already beat suicune(i did not want him because I am going to save my masterball for lugia). Please give advice.

Not really and not catching suicune was stupid, all you needed was to clone a Pokemon holding the master ball, dont ask me how I have not played in a while.

P.S. You can't catch HO-OH with out all of the dogs, at least,

I don't think so. The 3 dogs are Raoku Entie and Suicune.

No, because the first of the elite four first pokemon is level 40 and lance's first Pokemon is gyarados LV. 46 and a dragonite LV. 50 and they know some pretty strong attacks.

No, sorry pal, but that team is easily going to get smoked. Crobat by Will, Meganium by Koga, and Dragonair by Lance. You should've caught Suicune because it would be a great pick for the E4.

You should have cloned your master ball a couple of times for the three dogs and Lugia and ho-oh this is how you clone.
1)first give the master ball to a Pokemon then put them in a empty box
2)after you do that switch your box to another empty box but when it says "saving do not turn off the power"right after it says power turn it off
3)then turn it back on you should have a one Pokemon in your party and another in the empty box you put it in take it out then take the master balls away from them and you should have two.

Movesets, please. I can't judge your team without the movesets...

Not exactly a good team, but you can find some strong Pokemon in the victory road .For the eevee, when it hatches it will be level 5 or 20(i am not sure bout that)
Train the jolteon it learns good moves afte LV37.leaving suicine was a bad choice because he learns awsome ice moves.WHEN you face Lugia (in the whirl islands)
It will be lv65 and will not escape can caught by 15-16 ultra balls,so use your master ball to catch the legendary dogs entie or raikou.
