How do you get the ss ticket in Pokemon CRYSTALDUST.

I've been looking everywhere and it doesn't work, after I beat the elite four, it automatically sends me to the battle tower. Any help here

You actually might not be able to get the SS Ticket. Pokemon CrystalDust might be one of the ROMs that don't continue after you defeat the Elite Four, which means you cannot get the SS Ticket from Professor Elm after doing so.
