Can you get Suicune after you faint it in the Tin Tower?

I already fainted it but I still want to get it. Is there anyway I can?

I don't think you can still find it in-game. Try defeating the Elite Four again and going back to Tin Tower to see if Suicune is there. I don't think it will work, but it's the only thing I could think of.

The only way I know you can get another in by Trade, a Cheat/Code, or start a new game.

No, you can't find Suicune again if you've fainted it, better restart the game and don't forget to save before battling it.
