Question for Pokemon Crystal

Two questions about strange moves.
How do you use Wobbuffett's attacks?
When I use them it misses or nothing happens.
And how do I increase KRABBY or KINGLERS accuracy for Gullitoine? It misses more often than not.

Wobbufet has Counter, Mirror Coat, Safeguard, and Destiny Bond.

Counter- If the attack before this used on Wobbufet was a physical attack, it'll attack back woth double damage.

Mirror Coat- Same as Counter, but with special attacks.

Safeguard- You won't get poisoned, paralyzed etc for 5 turns.

Destiny Bond- If Wobbufet faints, there's a chnace that the Pokemon that made it faint will faint too.

For Krabby and Kingler, you will have to use some Accuracy Ups on it.

Counter- if the opponent's last attack was physical, then this will follow up by taking the damage that the opponents attack did (or would have done if it missed) and multiplying it by two, then firing it back at the attacker.

Mirror Coat- this attack does the same thing as Counter, except it works with special attacks, rather than physical attacks.

Safeguard- This move protects you from status conditions, such as sleep, for five turns.

Destiny Bond- if you are KOed the same round that this move is used, then the opponent will instantly be KOed, too.

Increase Krabby/Kingler's accuracy with Dire Hit, a medicine that can only be used in battle for one battle. Scope Lens will increase accuracy simply by being held by the user. The accuracy of Gullitine is 30%.
