Where do I have to go for the last two rooms in the Ruins of Alp? I have done the room with the flash and escape rope. Does anyone know how to get to the other two rooms?

For one, bring a Ho-oh and for the other,equip a water stone.

Through Union Cave and down the ladder to the north. One entrance takes you where you will need to attach a Water Stone to your leading Pokémon, and the other requires you to have Ho-oh in the first position in your party.

All you need, is a Pokemon that knows surf, and a Pokemon that knows strength.
Go into Union Cave, and find a ledge with a person and a set of stairs. Go down the stairs, and surf across to the next piece of land. Now there are two ways to go each way having a puzzle. If you go the bottom way, use strength to move the boulder, and then go into the Puzzle room. Here, the puzzle is a picture of an omanyte. If you want to get into the back room, all you need is a water stone in your inventory(you can get water stones from fisher tully just west of mahogany)

If you go the top way in the cave, just go straight through to outside, then into the puzzle room. This puzzle is Ho-oh. To get into the back room just have Ho-oh first in your party. You can get ho-oh by getting all 3 legendary dogs and the rainbow wing from the guy in pewter city.

Union Cave should answer both of those problems there, I believe there should be accessability to the remaining two puzzle courses from there.

Right you need to go in union cave with a Pokemon with surf and strength
Go into the place with the ladder and surf over. Next go either left or up to the nex tpuzzles.
