You recieve the Clear Bell from the Johto Radio Tower Owner after you defeat Team Rocket in the Johto Radio Tower.

Your answer is not right warior13 the bell we recieve from radio tower is not clear bell it is soothe bell and clear bell in in ruins of alph and I am finding it whwn I founded it I will give you the answer I tried soothe bell but s bald man said you have not clear bell go find it.
