Question for Pokemon Crystal

Can someone please tell me where I can catch a Misdreavus, and a Smeargle.

Misdreavus is in the second chamber of Silver Cave, and Smeargle is in the grass at the Ruins of Alph (where you find Natu).

Misdreavous is found at Silver Cave and you get there after you get all 16 badges

Smeagleis found near Azalea Town in Union Cave (Its in a patch of grass)

Misdreavus is located in Silver Cave at nighttime...

Smeargle can be found in a grassy area at the Ruins of Alph reached via Union Cave...
