hi I have 2 questions the the first one is where do I get a water stone? i don't remember because I have silver and when I played the crystal I didn't find it. The second question is I finded a raikou I used my crobat and used the move mean look thenI battled with him until he was in red hp and I throwed ultra balls but raikou used roar when I finded him again I tried used mean look but it didn't work could you help me ?

1. There are two ways. Get Fisher Tully's phone number near Mohagany and he'll call you when he gets one. Also, show Bill's grandpa a Staryu.

2. Raikou can use roar. That means that it can get way even if you use Mean Look. You're better off using a sleeping move and then try to capture it.

Mean look only means he wont run away, he can still use roar which will make your pokemon flee.

The best option for you is to try and put it to sleep, because then you can throw many poke-balls at it.
Water stone. If you want it you have to show a certain pokemon to the man in the house above cerelian in Kanto.

You can also get peoples phones numbers, when you get there phone numbers they may call you with an item, and depending on who it is, they will give you a water stone!

Thank you for the first question but I know the second maybe I didn't explained well Raikou runs way before I use the mean look I can't use a move he just run and run and run I can't never use the move.

I can answer the first,go to mahogany town and go left to the fisher man pass the cave and battle him,after you win talk to him,he'll ask for your phone numder say yes he will give you all the items he finds under water and sometimes he'll give you a water stone.

You get the water stone from Bill's grampa in his cottage in Cerulean.

Chat with Bill's grandpa north of Cerulean City in a cottage. He will request you present certain Pokemon to him, and in return he gives you basic evolutionary stones. You may have to show him one or two Pokemon before he requests that you prsent the Pokemon that will get you the Waterstone, however.

I don't know about the situation with Raikou.

1st is Lickatung Route 44(everstone)
2nd is oddish route 24(leaf stone)
3rd is staryu route 19 (water stone)
4th is Growlithe route 8 (fire stone)
