How 2 evolve haunter without trading.??
N if it's not possible how to trade it on pc...??

You can't evolve Haunter without trading. You need to trade it using the link cable.
You can't unless you do what I say below.
If you use My Old Boy you can have Gengar, Alakazam, Golem,...
1) Download another Pokemon Crystal
2) Play that game until you reach the first Pokemon center
3) Go upstair, stand in front of the first lady you see
4) Go to the emulator menu (with save, load,....) and choose link local -> another game -> choose Pokemon Crystal that has the Pokemon you need to evolve and do the 2) and 3)
5) Talk to the lady in both game (do not use fast forward). When the lady say "Please wait", you switch to the other game and do the same thing. After saving your game, both of you will enter the Trading room
6) Sit down and trade Pokemon with yourself and then trade it back again.

trade center with both games at the same time - 1 join group, 2 become leader - after the trade you will get a message "communication error" just click file - reset on both. Done, you can delete the second safe file now. (this might not work at once, I always get it within 5 tries, sometimes you can't choose who will become the leader/join.
