2. You know in Saffron city there is a second gym with the fighting Tojo champion dude or whatever? Yeah, well where do you find him, because the guy inside says that he's in a cave in johto training. Can you actually find him?

2. Yes, you can find him.From Ecruteak go east. Then surf to the east and take the middle entrance of Mt. Mortar. If you keep going, you'll eventually find some guy. If you beat him, he'll give you a Tyrogue if you have space in your party.

When I was a child I hit all 5 and got the master ball. Seems like a fever dream now. Can never seem to get it again.
