How do you get Lugia on Crystal and how can I get it to learn Aeroblast.

Get the silver wing from the guy in Pewter City and it can't learn Aeroblast. Only silver version Lugia can.

You can catch it, in Pewter city there is an old person.

He gives you Silver Wing.

Go to the Whirl Islands.

In the right down cave you can find it.
