Man, have you heard they remade these games for gameboy advance? (I'm just joking, not trying to be mean :) )

I have no idea where zone four in the safari is. Maybe it's the center? Where you fish?

Anyway, the Pokemon you want are:

55-Golduck - evloved from Psyduck at lv33.
62-Poliwrath - evolved from Poliwhirl using a water stone, at any level.
76-Golem - Trade a graveller. It wil turn into a golem via trade. (make sure it isn't holding an everstone.
117-Seadra - evolve Horsea at lv32.
119-Seaking - evolve Goldeen at lv33.
123-Scyther - safari zone. (in fire red or leaf green you could win coins at the casino, and trade them for a scyther, but I'm not sure if this was featured in blue/red)
125-Electabuzz - In fire red (so I'm assuming in red also) they are found in the power plant. They are no available in leaf green (so I'm assuming you'll have to trade one from red)
137-Porygon - They are a coin trade in the Celadon game corner (in fire/leaf so I'm assuming in blue/red also)
139-omastar - evolve from omanyte at lv40.
