You can find one on victory road or no you can't evolve it, or only by a Trade cable

Unless you cheat no, well you can see him someone has it in the game but you can't get it without training.

You can see them if another trainer has one. But you can only get one by trading a Graveller unless you become a loser and use a cheat device.

No. No trainers in the game have Golem and it's not in the wild, so it can't be seen without evolving. And it can only be evolved through link cable. The only alternative to getting one is through cheating, like with a gameshark or through the Mew glitch
