How do I find the wardens teeth and how do I get Lapras to carry me on water?

Wardens Teeth are in the Safari Zone in Fuscia City. I don't know the exact location but they're somewhere near the surf house. You get Lapras to carry you on water by teaching it Surf, which you get from the Safari Zone.

The warden's teeth are right before the secret house. you get surf from the guy inside the secret house.
Teach it to your lapras and go to the pokemon menu, go to lapras and use surf.
