Ok. I need to know one thing.
HOW CAN MEW LEARN RECOVER?!?!?
People have told me that you need a tm and I've just discovered that there IS NO SUCH THING!!

The only way for him to learn recover in the red/blue/yellow/gold/silver and crystal is through the cheat cartriges (X-ploder or Gameshark). I think there is a TM for recover in the Gameboy Advance versions of the game but I don't think you can Trade to them.

I don't think he can learn it. There is no TM or HM for recover.

Sorry to share the news, but you will need a GameShark. There is a particular code you can use to replace some of your Pokemons' moves with another move.
