How do iget it it's hard to open the gate to it.
Also I an succesfuly open the gates to regirock registeel but not regice

All you have to do is click on the braile writing and leave that screen on for a couple of minutes and the gate will open, assuming you are playing either Ruby or Sapphire. If you are playing Emerald walk around the room clockwise while staying close to the wall.
