How do I get to the navigation room after beating nightmare?

After I beat Nightmare,I looked for the navigation room in Sector 2 so I can get my next debrief.I never found out how to get there,so I used the speed booster to get into Sector 4.After that,I explored the "sub-Sector"(the green areas of the map).I then noticed that to leave the "sub-sector",I would need either a speed booster(not enough space) or I needed to unlock the red hatches(not there yet).I'm now stuck and I'm searching for speed booster cheats.Please help...
