After you talk to librarian go to Muggle studies on the 5th floor and go through TV. You will have to defet monster but you will get book use asap to get rid of curse and then return to library for house points.

Talk to the librarian and after go to the fifth floor and go to the tv and but defeat the monster first... To get rid of...
