There might be a better way to do it but I was at level 45, knew all the spells and had some fairly good items. I put the mucus curse on him and then kept doing locomotor wibbly curses on him.(find this in the library.) Then I just stalled time and used items and card combos to stall time and let the mucus curse take 20 hp off of him every turn.
