I have to bring norbert the dragon to the astronomy tower but I don't know where that is. Can someone help me???

To get to the astronomy tower, go to the top floor and near the top-left corner of the floor there is a door that when you get near it you see draco getting caught. Go into this door, follow the corridor ( you might find some goodies in the walls) and go up to the astronomy tower.
