The Ham-Chat words are Whawha, Shockie, Blash-T and Hamspar.
(You learn Whawha from Panda (Buy the bottle from Ham Swap, Then see Panda to get it fixed), Shockie from a guy in Sky Garden (You have to use Hif-Hif), Blash-T from a guy in Sunflower Park (Tack-Q the second bar on the jungle gym), and Hamspar from Dexter (Say Hammo).
