Yo must get the frogbadge from the frog. Go to the clock and tack-q the clock when the hamster comes out then say koochi-q then u get ta-dah. NOW go to the place were the hamster is in front of the hole. then talk to the hamster who lifts u up go to the top .Go to the left the tack-q the hamster off then go on the pole then go right .The family will ask you what the weather be. Then use hif-hif. THEN say pooie the family will leave there is a hole go thought it then go to left and u will fall there is cappy go to him and say chukchuk.Win the wig for him and say ta-dah.
How To get Cappy:
To get Cappy you need to have the Frog Badge, go to the Ruins and go to the picnic family, try to walk on the blanket, they will notice the Frog Bagde, use hif-hif, then pooie, they will leave, uncovering a hole, fall in, you will find Cappy, play Tack-Q bowling and win a Shogun Wig and say ta-dah to Cappy.
Now you have Cappy, but no Shogun Wig. I don't know about Dexter and Howdy, though.

How to get howdy or dexter: first, you go to one of them.
Then you talk to them. just keep on talking to him until he tells you to spy on the other guy. when you reach the other guy you talk to him until he teaches you a new word.
Then you leave the area he's in. after that the reporter comes and tells you bad news. then you have to go back to the guy who you were just talking to.
The guy comes to the other guys rescue but theres a promblem you need to buy something from ,to rescue howdy or dexter but the sellers charging to much so you have to blackmail him.
You have to get the bag from the bike then return it to the journalist and she gives a picture to blackmail the ham ham
