Yeh, i'm trying to figure that out too. I got there before, but for some reason I can't get there anymore. I tried beating the last cell using future trunks, that didn't work. Then I tried beating him with gohan, that didn't work either. So I would really like to know the answer to this question.

I figured it out, beat the last cell with either vegeta ssj or vegeta majin. Either one will work.
You have to beat the last battle with cell with ss vegeta,not normal or majin
