Supercheat staff, (or anyone else that plays this game)

Please answer this question because no other person would answer this question because it is an old game and please don't think this is a stupid question.

How do you do the super, special attack like when a person looks like he is going fast and if he hits you with the attack it takes off a serious amount of life from you, you know what I'm talking about, so how do you do it?

Without this attack, I lose almost all the time I play this game.

The methods differ. Beat the game and watch what it says so you can do a special. Or if you still have the instruction booklet that came with it, look in there.
