Duplicating

Unrated
Verified by: unverified
Bogus Report:

You have to go into the Pokemon Center, and stop in front of the PC, and save. Then, you put the Pokemon you want to duplicate into the PC, and save , but when it says saving please wait, shut off the power immediatly. Then, turn it back on and check your party and the PC. The Pokemon you tried to duplicate should be in both places.

Have fun duplicating!

(it doesn't always work, but it won't do anything bad to your game)

Legendary Hunt

Unrated
Verified by: unverified
Bogus Report:

Rare and Legendary Pokemons are very hard to obtain. Here are some guide to help you get to them:

Ho-oh: Get Rainbow feather from the manager of radio tower hiding underneath Goldenrod City while stopping Team Rocket from their plot in Goldenrod.

Suicune: Visit the Burned Tower in Ecruteak City and prepare Master balls while going through grasses. They go anywhere only in Johto after the visit.

Entei: Visit the Burned Tower in Ecruteak City and prepare Master balls while going through grasses. They go anywhere only in Johto after the visit.

Raikou: Visit the Burned Tower in Ecruteak City and prepare Master balls while going through grasses. They go anywhere only in Johto after the visit.

Mew: Win the Nintendo Contest to unlock Mew, or use a cheat.

Celebi: Win the Nintendo Contest to unlock Celebi, or use a cheat.

Lugia: Go to the Whirl Islands and you may use a Repel to make the journey faster. Lugia is located in the 3rd or 4th island to the right. It's very hard to get there and the only way to get it is a Master ball.

Red Gyarados: Use surf in Lake Rage and try to catch the Red Gyarados.

Golden Magikarp: leave a Red Gyarados and a normal Gyarados to the Day care Center Near Goldenrod city. When you get an egg from them, it will hatch to a Golden Magikarp.

Mewtwo: Rumors are only said that it is located deep in the Cerulean Cave or you get it from other games, programs and cheats.

Special Tyrogue Breeding: Blue,Shiny Tyrogue

Unrated
Verified by: unverified
Bogus Report:

I just discovered this cheat. You may be able to do it with other types of Pokemon but for now I am going to use tyrogue as an example.

You will need the following xploder/gameshark cheats:
(+1)STEAL TRAINERS POKEMON: 010116D1
(+2)EGGS HATCH QUICKER 017FBDD9

STEP 1: Catch a ditto around route 34.
STEP 2: Fly to Cianwood City and enter the Pokemon gym. (dont fight the two trainers in the entrance of the gym.)
STEP 3: Steal HITMONCHAN & HITMONLEE from the two trainers.
STEP 4: Fly to Goldenrod and enter the daycare centre on route 34.
STEP 5: Give ditto to the man and either hitmonlee or hitmonchan to the woman.
STEP 6: Do what you gotta do until you get an egg.
STEP 7: Put the egg into the pc box.
STEP 8: Wait for the second egg from the ditto and hitmonlee/hitmonchan.
STEP 9: Get both eggs into your party.
STEP 10: Use the eggs hatch quicker cheat.

The first egg made is the normal tyrogue and the second egg is the special tyrogue. You will know it is a specail tyrogue as one of the tyrogues will not shine in battle and the special tyrogue will. Alternately you can look at both tyrogues stats and if your tyrogue has a specail star type logo next to it's male/female icon then youve got him! I guarantee your tyrogue will be male, however I cannot gurantee it will evolve into a shiny hitmonlee/hitmonchan/hitmontop. It will evolve but it may not be shiny.

2. Save two steps away from ho-ho
3. Walk up to the legendary and press A (you will go into battle with it)
4. Use the master ball first thing (I hope you cloned it because your'e gonna
Need them for other pkmn.
5. After catching it, fly immediatly to the pkmn center in Ecruteak city.
6. Go to the Pokemon centre
7. Go to bill's PC
8. Deposit the legendary (unless your party was full when you caught it. It
Should already be there)
9.change the box (not really because when it says "when you change a Pokemon box, data will be saved. Ok?" select yes and when it says "there is already a save file. Is it ok to overwrite?" select yes but when is says "saving please do not turn off the power... Turn it off while is is saying it Note: I turn it off right after the word "turn" in "saving please do not TURN off the power..."
When you turn it back on, you will be in front of ho-oh.

How To Double Pokemon/Items

Unrated
Verified by: unverified
Bogus Report:

Have a Pokemon that you want to double with an item right in front of the pc. Make sure that you have at least two Pokemon in your party. Then deposit a Pokemon into a box (make sure that the box has room). Then go to Change Box and switch to any other box. When it says turn the power off right when it says Saving. Turn your game back on and get your Pokemon out of the box. Now you have an exact clone of your Pokemon and item. Use that to have more of your TM's or other things. Do it as many times as you like. Have Fun.

how pokemon copying works

Bogus Report:

When you copy a Pokemon using the pc how? (also apply for getting all starter poikemon)

Well it's simple when you save the game saves what Pokemon is in your pc first then all the other stuff like location, who youve beeten, blah, blah, blah

But if you stop it from saving the other stuff exept pc Pokemon it will just load the previous save so the one you have on you is saved and the one in the computer is too :P

All Starters

Verified by: PokemonSafariChild
Bogus Report:

This is not an action replay code it's actually more a glitch in the game I'm 100% sure it works because I've done it myself.What you should do is save before you choose your starter Pokemon then choose it but do not save again then get to the point where you get pokeballs then catch any pokemon.This is the most important part you can't make a small error.

1.Attach a pokeball to your starter pokemon.
2.Insert your starter Pokemon in the pc in Cherrygrove.
3.Switch the box your pokemon's in.
4.When it says saving don't turn off the power turn the power off.
5.You should be in prof.Elm's office choose a different starter.
6.Go to Cherrygrove, go to withdraw in your pc and you'll find the Pokemon you put in earlier.
It won't have a pokedex entry until you evolve it.

Duplicate Pokemon and items

Verified by: unverified
Bogus Report:

To dup Pokemon

1.deposit the Pokemon you want to dup in the pc 2. Switch to another box 3. When says SAVING DON'T TURN OFF GAME......turn the game off. 4. Wait 5 seconds and then turn the game back on 5. If done correctly you should have the Pokemon that you deposited in the pc and othe same exact one in your party.

WARNING..................................... DO NOT TRY TO DUPLICATE MEWTWO BECAUSE THERE IS A SLIM CHANCE THAT MEWTWO WILL BE GONE FOREVER....FOREVER....FOREVER....FOREVER AND YOU WONT BE ABLE TO GET A NEW ONE UNLESS YOU TRADE FOR ONE.

If you want to duplicate an item all you have to do is give it to a Pokemon (not mewtwo) and do the same process that you'd use to duplicate a pokemon. It will also duplicate the Pokemon holding the item. Good luck having twins or possibly even quadruplets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To get all the evolutions of eevee you need to get a eevee(get it from bills house).You will need to do the duplicating cheat to get 5 eevees.Now do the following to get the pokemon:

Espeon & Umbreon: you will need to make eevee trust you alot to get it to evolve. It will usually evolve after lv.42(mine evolved at 46)if your eevee evolves during the day you will have an Espeon and Umbreon at night.

Flareon,Jolteon,Vaporeon: you will need a firestone,waterstone and thunderstone.Get them from bill's grandpa in cerulean cape above cerulean city. He will ask you to show him these Pokemon and when you show him that Pokemon he will give you a stone.

Lickitung=Everstone
Oddish=Leafstone
Staryu=waterstone
Growlithe=firestone
Pichu=thunderstone
(Note:you will have to go ask him then he will tell you to show him that pokemon).

Now that you have 3 more eevees left use waterstone to get vaporeon, firestone to get flareon and thunderstone to get jolteon. Now you have all 5 evolutions of eevee!

First start a new game and save right before you choose your starter.
Next go for the egg and bring it back to Elm.
After his assistant gives you the 5 pokeballs go and catch 1 more pokemon.
Then go to the poke-center and deposit your starter.
Now change to a different box and before the "Saving... Don't turn off the power" message goes through turn off the game.
Repeat the same thing with the next starter and the when you choose the third save and, there you go! You have all 3 starters!
