Okay, the only harm that comes from him really is that your Hall of Fame is screwy, and you DO NOT want to trade him to Yellow, because things get really freaky when you do. So here it is, although someone probably already posted this, I didn't check. Oh, and I want to yell at anyone who says Lv.146 or whatever ones are harmful, no Missingno.'s are any more harmful than others.

*Fly to Viridian City.

*Talk to the guy who teaches you how to catch Pokemon.

*Watch him catch another Weedle.

*Fly to either Cinnabar City or Fuchsia City. Cinnabar City is easier so just go there.

*If in Cinnabar like I told you to, surf up and down the east coast. Otherwise, you gotta surf all the way to Seafoam Islands and then surf up and down the east coast there.

*Okay, find a Missingno, odd trainer, Lv.100+ Pokemon, or 'M. Whatever your name guarantees you. Bulbapedia has a long list you can look up because I don't want to. It'll tell you what you can find based on the 3rd, 5th, and 7th letters/symbols in your name.

Actually this is more the 'M glitch, because there is NO guarantee you will come across a Missingno. But everyone else calls it Missingno trick. But about half of the different letters/symbols that you can put in your name will get a Missingno, so most likely he'll be there unless you tried not to have him show up.

Upon encounter, 'M and Missingno will duplicate your 6th item in your bag so that there are 128 more of it. (yes, I counted, and every time, it's been 129, as I only have 1 when I use it.) You cannot duplicate items that you have over 100 of already. Oh, and don't do what I did, and duplicate things like the bike, because I don't know anyone on the game who has 1,000,000 dollars to buy any, and I can't ride that many at once.

'M and Missingno. Are VERY dangerous in Yellow version I do believe. From what I've seen they are.
