Start a new game OR use a gameshark code to change your name to DxDyDzD. (Look up the name-changing code because I don't know it.) Now do the Missingno glitch. Go to Viridian City, then talk to the guy in the upper-left corner. (The guy with the coffee problem, talk to him.)Answer 'No', then fly to Cinnabar Island once he is done showing you how to catch a Weedle. Surf on the right edge of the island(So you are on half land-half water). You may find Mewtwos over level 100, I sometimes find level 183-185s. Happy catching...

Note: This is not a glitch, but if Missingno shows, run away. You cannot duplicate your items because that is only with Missingno.
