When you copy a Pokemon using the pc how? (also apply for getting all starter poikemon)

Well it's simple when you save the game saves what Pokemon is in your pc first then all the other stuff like location, who youve beeten, blah, blah, blah

But if you stop it from saving the other stuff exept pc Pokemon it will just load the previous save so the one you have on you is saved and the one in the computer is too :P
