Hints and tip for Pokemon Blue

This isn't really a cheat, but it is something that actually works, unlike that celebi %#(&! anyway, when you get on the S.S. Anne, get the HM cut. but don't leave.

Go battle someone and lose. If you did this right, you will be in the pokecenter that you just left, and the S.S. Anne will still be there.

Now go through the rest of the game and get HM surf. Now go back to th S.S.

Anne and you can surf on the water. Pretty pointless right?
