Follow these steps

What you will need:

A Pokemon that knows fly

A Pokemon that knows surf

A strong Pokemon or a Pokemon that knows something to paralyze or put it to sleep

A master ball (if you want to catch it)

Ok Step 1: Fly to Viridian City

Step 2: Talk to the grumpy old guy with the coffee

Step 3: When he asks you if you are in a hurry, say no and watch him catch the Weedle

Step 4: When he is done, Fly to Cinawood Island and go to your right the farthest you can go to the water

Step 5: Where that bar thing thats on half land half water, surf on that. DO NOT GO INTO OPEN WATER OR IT WONT WORK!!

(Side effects may include corrupt Hall Of Fame with awesome music, Wild Pokemon on High Levels such as over 100, Wild Pokemon on Level 0, rarely corrupt game file, glitchy trainers, and other.)
