How to get a lv. 50 Togepi.

First you have to have an unbeatable team. Then take on the Pokemon League 9 times in a row without losing once.

(don't stop for any other reason except for healing them in the H.Q.) Talk to Professor Oak and he will tel you to go to the Power Plant.

Go to the place were you caught Zapdos and a man will be there. Its Brock. Talk to him and he will tell you about this mysterious Pokemon.

Eventually he'll battle you. If you win he gives you a lv. 50 Togepi
