Purple: The Chevy Chase

This is a Finley Dam Circuit Race of 4-Laps on asphalt, worth 210 Points towards the next Wristband, and $15K to the winner (not counting bonuses).

Restrictions for this race are Class-A cars or below, manufactured by Chevrolet.

A race with a play on words - and on the track! Really though you get to race a lot of classic Chevy's so it's all good.

Like most of the circuit races this one is two races in one -- the struggle through the pack and then the race in the lead.

As it happens to include a large number of curves, some of them wicked, you are best served picking a Chevy you have driven before and are at least minimally familiar with.

If you are not familiar with any of the cars in the Chevy line then you are best served in pausing our racing to take some time to drive one around on the roads and backroads with a focus on mixed-surface and drifting until you can say you are confident with it...

If that is not an option or you prefer not to take the time to do that, well then all you can do is pick a weight and body style common to a car you are familiar with so that you can at least predict somewhat how it will behave when drifting turns.

You will get ample opportunity to pick up more popularity points in this race as well, so enjoy.

Oh, and about the location - sure it is out of the way, but just look at it like an opportunity to grab additional popularity points and that makes the drive in and out all the more bearable!
