Main Floor

• The green double door near the entrance is chained from behind. You can reach it only by dropping from the opening on the floor above it. There’s a Novice Ammo box and Advanced Safe inside that room.
• Northernmost room has a mini-nuke beside a corpse between two bookshelves. There’s also a Book Return Terminal here.
• Cooking Station by the cafeteria.

Basement

The swimming pool area is where you can find raider leader Bosco. You can get the Mascot Head helmet from his body.

There’s also a steamer trunk, Fat-Man, and an issue of Unstoppables on the table beside the Fat-Man.

Generator Room

• Fusion Cell from one of the active generators
• The opening on the floor leads to the Medical Metro Station.
