Normally when one of my sons cry I just socialize with them and they stop. I typically go through all of the social actions since they don't cost any energy to do so. And if it an elder I will spend time with them until they are ready to move out I will set aside those 5 days specifically for them and try to complete a story before they move out. Which is a very sad time for me by the way. I hate when they move out.

If you saved after the baby’s birth, then exit without saving. Baby should stop crying. It worked for me and a few friends.
