This just happen to me at a locale poker room in Florida
I was delt a pocket pair Q,s the button straddled for 10.00. My position was 1st after the big blind, and I just called the 10.00 straddle. I am sitting next to the dealer in the last seat. Seat 3 rases 40.00 about 3
Date of Question: Apr 24th 2012 | Question ID: 260956<BR>Players call includeing me. Flop is 4,4,7, I check seat 3 bet 40.00 3 callers. Next card is a jack, I check seat 3 bets 50.00 I am the only caller with Q's.
<BR>Next card is a 7. The board is now 4,4,7,j,7 I bet 80.00, seat 3 says I can't beleive that I had called with just a seven cries a few minutes and thrown his card on the table without calling. The dealer turns to me and is waiting for me to act now I look at her and say it that it is it over and she says yes. I toss my Q's on the table and seat 3 says his hand is still alive and now wants to call. I said that is b/s and the dealer calls the floor and they say his cards is still alive because the dealer did not put the in the mucked pile. They removed me from the table because I wanted to beat the hell out of everyone. What is the ruling? Was I cheated or not!
