There are a few ways of doing this... Sometimes during a fight, while doing a critical strike on your enemy, they will drop 1 command point, another way is to complete a level, and at the end of the level you have a chance to win 1, 3, or 5 command points also stanima, health, iso and many other items. Keep doing the missions over and over again til you get a 5 star rating total. You will recieve 5 command points. Also you can trade in gold for command points 1 gold equals 2 command points durning the trade. Those are the ways I know for sure you get your command points.
