Why is imagine town closing?

Because they don't have enough people signing up so they thought they might as well close on August 13th so we can enjoy the good memories.

Its probably because people kept putting fake emails on it when they register!

Imagine Town closed due to having too litte players. They didn't have enough players registered.

Imagine town is closed because there wasnt to many people playing and as me I miss the game so much but I stayed off for a while to get 100 e-mails then one day I went on and it said closed so I also had another game to play it's called Ourworld and I hope Ourworld doesnt close as I love the game

The reason Imagine Town shut down is because there were not enough players signed up. But on facebook it said that it might reopen in August 13,2013.

Imagine town closed for two reasons number 1.not enough players 2. Didnt get enough money and on facebook it said they might just might reopen on august 13 2013 ! So you might as well wait

Its sad! They were going to reopen in august but they didnt! Our hopes are LOW I'm tellling you! But you never know the future! Out of a sudden it could reopen!

Yes, Imagine Town closed down because they didn't have enough people playing the game, and because they didn't have enough money. They said that If thy kept it open much longer they wouldn't be add free, BUT, they made a new game and personally I think it is great.
Hopefully hey will make a new Imagine Town Soon or just re-open!

It closed because they're weren't enough players and they did not have enough money, my hope is that it will open in 2014 I hope it reopens in no time. Everyone should be patient and wait.

Imagine Town closed because there wasn't enough players signed up and it broke down their business. They weren't making enough money to keep their business open with the small amount of players so they just decided to shut down. I also heard that they would re-open August 13th 2013, but they didn't because Imagine Town is still Closed and it's August 2014. I guess you all will just have to find something else to play because they're not re-opening Imagine Town. There is many great Virtual Worlds out right now so look through those and enjoy the memories. Sadly, there is nothing we can do about it. Just accept that Imagine Town is closed.
