Question for Dragon City

I am at level 33 I have not been able to level up for five levels. My last attempt to purchase a habitat was for a $500,000.00 Dark habitat. It took my money and then would not let me buy a habitat. Each level I have reached since 28 has not let me buy a habitat Please Help I gave a Vampire and a Petroleum egg that need to be hatched. The only thing I can do is sell eggs. Check that you don't already have the maximum number of habitats, first. Then, if you don't and are still experiencing this problem, try contacting Facebook about it.
