How do you use them the slots spn packs? I cannot figure it out nor find them anywhere?

There are only certain rooms you can use your Gifted Free spins in. The hightest payout I have found is Fortune Fate and Moonlit Woods (reg room).
The free ones are the ones that say fearured. Some say high roller dome say seasonal. Hope this helps o was confused for weeks lol
You can not be in a room (city) you must press menu when you are looking at the map. You can see slotz AND daily tournament
You can use your gifted free spins in the slot rooms that don't have "seasonal" "featured" or "high roller" on the top. Try use it on room fortune fate.
Go to map:
Click the 3 lines at the top right - this opens the menu
Scroll down until you see the word "slots"
There you have to play rooms that are NOT seasonal OR high roller

You scroll through games and find one that is free. Sorry can't remember which ones they are now. I had same problem and stumbled across free games.
I tried this out and they are Free Spins in any slots room that's not Featured or Seasonal basically no special room
