I have a lot of coins and need to cash them in. How do I do that?

Hi-technically you're not supposed to be able to convert coins to credits, you're only supposed to be able to switch credits to coins. I'm looking for the same answer you are however, because unexpectedly today my coins were changed into credits! I'll keep my eyes on your post here to see if anyone knows. I don't know how it happened-it was not intentional-but I'd like to get it to do it again. Good luck to us both Smile!

I can cash mine in on my cell when I run out of coins, but haven't seen that option on the computer.

I was just rereading your original post, and am wondering what you meant by wanting to cash in your coins-cash them in for what? I only play on my phone so I'm unsure about why it won't let you convert on your computer sorry. I, too, can convert credits to coins when I'm too low. On BBs support page they say that now that we get daily coins they took away the ability to convert credits to coins altogether. It sounds like they did from a PC, so either they didn't update it for phones yet or it's not happening. Sorry I'm not more helpful Smile.
