Stuck on a Level/Loading Issues
If you have completed all of the requirements for passing a level but are still not being moved onto the next one, you may have a problem with your game.
To resolve it, there are a few things you can try (note that these work for loading issues I.e. Where the game constantly loads or is crashing as well):
Make sure you have the latest version of Flash.
Delete and uninstall the Bubble Witch app (you won't lose any data).
Delete your cookies and cache in your Internet browser.
If you are still having issues, try downloading and using a different internet browser and then playing the game in that.
Finally, contact support. You are not alone and a lot of gamers have had similar issues. The best thing is to contact the company and hope they can fix it for you!
