Unlock God Mode:
Hold Ctrl + Alt + Shift + Home.
Unlock Full Missiles:
Hold Ctrl + Alt + Home.
In-Flight Reload and Refuel:
Ctrl + Alt + Shift + Insert
Invincibility:
During game-play press Ctrl-Alt-Shift-Home. A small green X will appear in the lower left-hand corner to confirm correct entry.
Reload Ammo and Fuel:
Press Ctrl-Alt-Shift-Insert while playing.
