For the love of Elena / Looking for love in all the wrong places

Note: You may have come across this quest earlier but you cannot continue the quest until you retrieve your heart. It is advised that immediately after obtaining your heart that you do this quest since it rewards you with an excellent weapon.

Head to the quest marker to begin this quest.

Here you will find Horatio he is looking for someone to marry his daughter. Seeing as you are an awesome Lightbringer, he offers his daughter to you. Tell him that he will talk to his daughter.

Upstairs, you find Elena. But she is problematic. Her true love has run off since her father sent him on an impossible mission. Offer to help her.

Head to the quest marker in Darkwood.

Speak to the Elf Hunters in the area. They will have information but wouldn't want to give it for free. If your character has 18 or more base dexterity points you can get the information for free. If not, pay 500 for it.

Whichever method you chose, the Elf Hunters will give you information on his whereabouts.

The Elf Hunters point you towards an NPC in the Shepherd Plains. Speak to Ohlda Kian. He will forward you to another shepherd in this area named Urreg.

Not far from Ohlda, is Urreg. He will say that the guards told him that the human wanted to check out the runes at the sanctuary.

The Sanctuary is on the south-western part of the map. Head over there for the next lead.

Outside the Sanctuary, speak to Shutar, a guard there. He tells you that he overheard the word "Pinnacle".

So the next lead takes us to Pinnacle. Fast Travel there.

Speak with Kaylen and Kosumi about the person you are looking for.

They point you at the direction of the blacksmith at Pinnacle.

Speak to Adriel the blacksmith to find out where the man is.

He says that the man was working for him and sends you to where one of his errands was.

Go over to the woodsman's house. He tells you that the man offered his help to gather wood since the woodsman hurt himself.

Travel to the Farmlands to find the man.

Go to the marked location to find him fighting some goblins.

Help him deal with the goblins. Send him back to Elena.

Back in the City of Light, you will find the two love birds together. They will be arguing with her father, Horatio. If you choose to stay silent in this conversation and refuse to put a good word in for Horatio, He and Elena will move out and live a hard life in Pinnacle. There is no need to break a potentially good family so speak up.

After Horatio is convinced, he will accept their love and they will live happily.
