Free Camera = Whether the camera centers on your character when you move.

Item names always visible = Items names are displayed automatically when you go near.

Disable Autosave = Disable or Enable autosave.

Auto-Open Inventory with Character Sheet = Disable or Enable the automatic opening of the inventory when you open the Character Sheet (Probably for easy equipping of gears.

Radar on left = Position of the Radar / Minimap

Keyboard Pan Speed = How fast the camera pans around when W,A,S, or D are used.

Difficulty = Set the difficulty of encounters.

Auto-Pause at start of combat = Game pauses automatically when you enter combat.

Auto-Pause on skill use = Game pauses automatically whenever a skill is triggered.

Auto-Pause on critical health = Game pauses automatically when any of your characters enter a critical condition.

Music Volume = Adjusts the level of the BGM (Background Music)

SFX Volume = Adjusts the level of SFX (Sound effects like fire bursts, swords clangs, etc..)

Dialog Volume = Adjusts the level of vocal sounds like character speech or other NPCs speaking.

Interface SFX Volume = Adjusts the level of sounds created when clicking various things on the UI (USer Interface)

Resolution = Set the resolution of the game.

Anti-Aliasing = Smooths out jagged edges of some textures. Takes up lots of hardware resource.

V-Sync / Vertical Sync = Attempts to synchronize the frame rate with your monitors refresh rate.
