The Rise + Fall of ECW Cheats for DVD
At the 'Main' menu of Disc 2 go to 'Extras' and highlight 'RVD vs Jerry Lynn'. Then press the 'Right' arrow key on your remote control to view a short clip with Michael Cole and RVD from the alternate commentary recording session where they discuss a scar RVD got on his lip from being pile-driven through a table by Jerry Lynn.
