No they are not married, they were raised together ever since childhood, and althought I think Tifa likes him, Cloud will never look at her the way she does
The guy with red hair and the bald man are ex-SOLDIERS as well they serve rufus now

Turks were the special agents of shinra in the game

When I first saw Reno I thought the same thing but later I found out that the voice actor for Reno is the same for Axel. And no, Tifa and Cloud are not married.

If they're married then I'm a tea drinker who answers phones for a living. Oh god, it's scary thinking about both ^_^
They only live together along with Marlene, Denzel and Barret (he's off looking for oil), I can't remember why he does though, it's all in that official story Case of Tifa though. To be fair in the movie Cloud lives in the church. Reno does keep getting compared to this Axel, never played Kingdom Hearts but I saw a comparison vid, you can see the resemblence. Ah same voice actor too, forgot about that.
